Financial Literacy Australia is delighted today to publish details of the successful recipients of its inaugural Grants round.
Nineteen financial literacy projects were selected from 245 initial applications in a rigorous two-stage selection process.
FLA sought projects that would:
- work to improve the financial literacy and money skills of Australians;
- provide practical materials that will advance financial literacy in Australia; and
- expand the body of knowledge around financial literacy.
The selection panel focused on potential impact, evidence and capacity-building to determine the recipients.
Grants range from $12,000 to $274,000 with a total of $1.7 million committed in this round.
If you are interested in applying for a grant, we will publish priorities and criteria for the next round in the first quarter of 2015.
