Expressions of Interest
We know how much time goes into writing a detailed grant application. To make the application process simpler, we have adopted a two-stage process.
First, we ask people to submit a short Expression of Interest. This has summary information about the organisation and an outline of the proposal. The application process is an online form through the SmartyGrants system.
We recommend you read all the questions and think about your answers, before filling in the form. If you like, you can do a DRAFT in a Word version (download here) so you can show it to colleagues and then copy it to the SmartyGrants online form.
If you have a query about the grants program, please contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have technical problems with the SmartyGrants application form, please contact SmartyGrants directly during business hours on 03 9320 6888 or email email@example.com.
After reviewing the Expressions of Interest, we will invite some organisations to submit full applications. This step is by invitation only.
Shortlisted organisations will be sent a link to the full application form at this stage. If your project is urgent and a December decision is too late, please contact the General Manager to discuss possible alternative arrangements.
